    BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


    JOB DUTIES
    Develop and close new lender relationships for XpressCredit. Call upon potential new lenders and provide sales presentations and demonstrations. Build relationships with lenders to achieve quality, pricing and volume objectives. Meet efficiency goals by effectively communicating with lenders in regards to closure, booked to approve and overall performance. Recognize any under achieving lenders and follow up on a monthly basis to see that all lenders are meeting company objectives. Assess potential application of the company’s loan decision platform and offer solutions that meet customer needs. Work with the Sales & IT team to research and present reports showing potential customers the cost benefit of purchasing company products or services. National travel required.

    Qualifications
    • A BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Technology, or Finance
    • Experience marketing and selling to financial institutions required
    • Must be well versed on indirect and consumer lending
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must
    • Must demonstrate a high degree of efficiency, organization, and motivation
    • Must maintain a professional image as this position will meet with business leaders and other functional groups of XpressCredit
    • Position will require the use of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Sales Management tools
    • Must be able to work independently in a fast paced, deadline driven environment

    RELATIONSHIP MANAGER


    JOB DUTIES
    XpressCredit seeks a seasoned Relationship Manager who will be responsible for managing specific strategic partnerships. These relationships will result in the development of new independent auto and powersport lenders for the XpressCredit credit aggregation system on a national level. Work involves identifying, initiating and maintaining relationships with partner salespersons and their associated financial institutions. You will also coordinate and attend networking and partner trade show events. National Travel required.

    Qualifications
    • A BA/BS in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Three to five years or more of relevant technical/sales experience
    • Working knowledge of financial institutions, indirect and consumer lendin
    • Strong sales skills with client satisfaction being a "job one" philosophy
    • Experience in successful interactions with executive financial institution management
    • Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills
    • Strong organizational and planning skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, PowerPoint and Sales Management Tools
    • The ability and willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time
