About XpressCredit
Founded in 1999, XpressCredit is the brand name of Premier Internet Communications, Inc. - a New York C Corporation, headquartered in Central New York. XpressCredit is a leading provider of a web-based, indirect lending platform. Our patent pending software solution links lenders with independent auto, motorcycle, RV and marine dealers nationwide. A web based Dealer Management System (DMS) was created in 2008 based upon demand from two partners.
The company’s software, developed and owned by XpressCredit, provides lenders the ability to decision credit and communicate via a secure internet link to the dealer. We predominantly employ partner integrations via XML encoded messages and adhere to Standards for Technology in Automotive Retail (STAR). All systems reside in a secure facility with redundant communications – Compliant with Fair Credit Reporting Act and Graham-Leach-Bliley Act. Quarterly penetration tests are conducted by a third party with consistently high ratings.
Our product offerings are comprised of a Credit Aggregation System, brand named XpressCredit; a Loan Origination System, brand named Xcelerate Funding; a Customer Identity Verification tool, brand named FacTrack; and two Dealer Management Systems, VehicleXpress for the Auto Dealer and PowersportsXpress for PowerSport, Marine and RV dealers.
Technical Capabilities
The XpressCredit system was built to utilize the latest web technologies available through Microsoft’s .NET platform. XpressCredit offers high availability due to the robust network topology designed to leverage redundant services and facilities. By leveraging the entire suite of Microsoft Server products, the system is not only flexible but scalable and can be grown to adapt to most customers requirements no matter how large or small.

Mark W. Louer – Executive Vice President, Business Development/Strategic Relationships
Syracuse University MBA. Senior lender for $2 billion regional commercial bank. Involved with one other technology start-up which he left to join XpressCredit.
George Schaffner – Chief Financial Officer
CPA and BS in Accounting from Susquehanna University. Corporate Controller at TicketsLive Corp; raised $5 million of VC, merging the company with Advantix Corporation to form Tickets.com, and supporting Tickets.com’s IPO in 11/99.
