About XpressCredit

Founded in 1999, XpressCredit is the brand name of Premier Internet Communications, Inc. - a New York C Corporation, headquartered in Central New York. XpressCredit is a leading provider of a web-based, indirect lending platform. Our patent pending software solution links lenders with independent auto, motorcycle, RV and marine dealers nationwide. A web based Dealer Management System (DMS) was created in 2008 based upon demand from two partners.

The company’s software, developed and owned by XpressCredit, provides lenders the ability to decision credit and communicate via a secure internet link to the dealer. We predominantly employ partner integrations via XML encoded messages and adhere to Standards for Technology in Automotive Retail (STAR). All systems reside in secure facilities with redundant communications – Compliant with Fair Credit Reporting Act and Graham-Leach-Bliley Act. Quarterly penetration tests are conducted by a third party with consistently high ratings.

Our product offerings are comprised of a Credit Aggregation System, brand named XpressCredit; a Customer Identity Verification tool, brand named FacTrack; and two Dealer Management Systems, VehicleXpress for the Auto Dealer and PowersportsXpress for PowerSport, Marine and RV dealers.

Technical Capabilities

Our Servers The XpressCredit employs latest technologies available and is always enhancing its technological landscape as new technologies become available. We are currently in the process of re-architecting its entire platform and the new system should roll-out in the 4th quarter of 2012. XpressCredit offers high availability, with data centers in Herndon, Virgina and San Antonio, Texas, as well as a backup facility in Birmingam, Alabama. The system is not only flexible, but also scalable and can be extended to adapt to most customers requirements no matter how large or small.

Management Team

Paul M. Gignilliat – Founder and President

United States Air Force Academy graduate. Started two internet companies with one being sold and the other taking $8 million of venture capital money.

Scott Travis – Chief Information Officer

As managing member of IT Rockstars, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama, Scott brings over 20 years of IT development and management experience to XpressCredit. Scott oversees IT operations and information technology that supports XpressCredit's clients worldwide and is currently directing the XpressCredit technology overhaul which is slated for completion in the 4th quarter of 2012.

Jenny Faulk – Chief Operations Officer

With over 15+ years of Project Management and business strategy experience, Jenny is responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of XpressCredit's services organization, including product and customer support services. She is also on the management team of IT Rockstars, LLC in Birmingham, Alabama.
